violating terms, conditions and rules!
and today, microsoft! ahak
okay, microsoft internet explorer
is like the 90% used by humans
as web browser
and which i never cared for
until my packard dad have to use it
to download some crappy show
back to business then
if you think this requires
some sort of degree in tech and stuff
you're definitely wrong
i was taken aback by the hack as well
easy shit
works like shit
(in a sense it worked, yeah?)
get the run command running
press the window logo and R
or just get it your way
fly the registry editor
or type "regedit" and run
okay, peel your eyes
watch like an owl
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings.
got it?
press HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then Software
and the rest follows
cool?
upon reaching the Internet Settings
click on the folder
and voila! a bunch of digits
(you don't want to know how they work, seriously)
right-click on a blank space
press new, DWORD (32-bit value)
you will be prompted to rename it
name it "MaxConnectionsPerServer"
no spaces. get that clique
done renaming it?
cool. now right-click the new DWORD
press "modify", not "modify binary data"
again.... "MODIFY"
get another box now
enables you to edit the value
press decimal, instead of hexadecimal
(unless you know how hex works)
change the value to something above 15
more also no problem
done? press OK
one more step....
instead of "MaxConnectionsPerServer"
now it's "MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"
repeat the whole process
whack the number in
and you're done!
feels too simple?
restart your computer
and let's see....
it may be faster....
faster than a hacked firefox!
if you messed up
and it slows your ie7 instead
just look back for the 2 regs
and delete it
thanks to extremetech.com and other ie7 hacking blogs
